GUIDING ENTERPRISES TO IMPLEMENT THE PROCEDURES AFTER RECEIVING THE BUSINESS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
I. SEAL SAMPLE
The enterprise that purchases the seal sample needs to provide a Copy of the enterprise registration certificate
After receiving the sample, the enterprise needs to notify the seal sample on the Business Registration page
A notification of seal sample includes:
- Notice of using seal sample
- Power of attorney for the person submitting the application
- Copy of personal identification documents of the authorized person to file
II. OPENING A COMPANY BANK ACCOUNT
Businesses can choose to open a bank account for the company at any bank they want, however, businesses should choose to have an account at a large bank and have many transaction points to facilitate. for future transactions.

- Shinhan Bank
- Vietcombank bank
- Asia Bank (ACB Bank)
Because most newly established enterprises have not been appointed chief accountants, banks often require the signature of the chief accountant when opening a bank account. Therefore, based on our experience and practice, the three banks above do not require the signature of the Chief Accountant.
When opening a bank account, the legal representative of the enterprise must go to the bank directly to open the account and bring the following documents:
- Original passport of the legal representative
- Original certificate of business registration
- Company rules
- Notice of posting seal samples & Notification of seal samples
- Company’s seal
After having a bank account, the Business will notify the Bank account on the Enterprise registration page
Dossier on online bank account notification:
- Notice of changes in business registration content
- Authorization document for the person submitting the application
- Copy of personal identification documents of the authorized person to file
III. SUBMIT INITIAL TAX DOSSIER
The enterprise submits the original tax dossier directly to the tax office managing it.
The dossier includes:
- Official dispatch of notification of accounting regime applied at the enterprise
- Registration of the method of depreciation of fixed assets.
Note: There are some tax authorities will receive this document from the beginning, but there are some tax authorities required when the enterprise has the property to submit this document.
IV. ORDER TOKEN
Token is a digital signature, assisting businesses in carrying out electronic signature procedures such as declaration, tax payment, issuance of invoices, etc.
When purchasing digital signatures, businesses need to provide HANKUK LAW company with the following documents:
- Copy of enterprise registration certificate
- Copy of passport of legal representative.
Depending on the needs of use, businesses can choose the types of digital signatures they want: 1 year, 3 years,…
When receiving the digital signature, businesses conduct account registration on the website www.thuedientu.gdt.gov.vn; Register for electronic tax payment and link your bank account with the Electronic Tax system. The enterprise will add a new bank account on its website and register the bank to associate electronic transactions with the bank.
V. ORDER ELECTRONIC INVOICES
Businesses can choose to buy electronic invoice packages. After completing the purchase, the Company will receive a Decision on the use of electronic invoices and electronic invoice samples provided by OPINES. Next, the Company will carry out the procedure to submit the electronic invoice announcement notice on the electronic tax page
The dossier includes:
- Notice of electronic invoice issuance (according to the Form No. 2 in the Appendix enclosed with Circular 32/2011/TT-BTC) – enterprises will use Token to create this Notice on the electronic tax page
- Upload the scan of Decision on using electronic invoice and Electronic invoice form
After 02 working days of sending the first electronic invoice issuance notice online, if the tax authority approves the application, the enterprise will be allowed to use the invoice.
