I.CONDITIONS FOR ENTERPRISES TO ANNOUNCE THE CIRCULATION OF IMPORTED COSMETICS
- Organizations and individuals whose names are on the cosmetic announcement file must have a enterprise registration certificate (ERC), including the function of cosmetic business.
- Currently, according to the national business code, the cosmetics business is recorded in the enterprise registration certificate as follows:

II. TYPES OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS HAVE TO SUBJECT TO COSMETIC PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT:
- Creams, emulsions, milk, gels or oils for use on the skin (hands, face, feet, etc.)
- Mask (excluding chemical peeling products only)
- Pigment products (liquid, paste, powder)
- Makeup powders, shower powders, toilet powders, etc.
- Bath soap, deodorant soap, …
- Fragrances, perfumes for hygiene, …
- Bath or shampoo products (salts, soaps, oils, gels, etc.)
- Hair removal products
- Deodorant and anti-odor.
- Hair care products: (Hair color and bleaching, hair curlers, hair straighteners, hair curlers, hair products, cleaning products (milk, powders, shampoos), Products provided hair conditioner (milk, cream, oil), hair styling products (milk, hairspray, wax).
- Shaving products (cream, soap, milk, etc.)

III. PROFILE ANNOUNCED IMPORTED COSMETICS INCLUDE?
Pursuant to the Circular No. 06/2011/TT – BYT, the procedures for announcing imported cosmetics will include:

| 3 | If the applicant is not a manufacturer, the authorization of the manufacturer or the owner of the brand for the enterprise under whose registration to sell the product (POA) is legalized. the affairs of the host country; |
| 4 | CERTIFICATE OF FREE SALE (CFS) |
| 5 | Ingredients formula of the product |
| 6 | Product information: Product type, Display form of the product, Purpose of use of the product |
Handling time: Within 20 – 30 working days from the date of receiving complete dossier.
Note: The validity of this announcement is 05 years. Upon the expiry of the publication date, if the product continues to be circulated on the market, the customer must follow the re-announcement procedure for the published product.
