I. FOR COMPANIES WHICH ARE IN HO CHI MINH CITY

Step 1: The taxpayer logs in the electronic tax return system at the link: nhantokhai.gdt.gov.vn

Step 2: After logging in, go to “Account”, select “Register more declarations”, scroll down to “05-DK-TH-TCT – General tax registration form for individuals having income from salaries and wages through the income paying agency ”, select “Continue ”, select “Accept ”

After registering for additional declaration forms, the “Account” section will display the following:

Step 3: Next, click “Online declaration”, select “Declaration 05-DK-TH-TCT”, click “Continue”

Step 4: Fill in the information of the person who needs to register for personal income tax code and select “Complete declaration”

Step 5: Insert token, select “Sign and submit declaration”

II. FOR COMPANIES WHICH ARE IN OTHER PROVINCES AND CITIES

Step 1: Taxpayers log into the electronic tax system at the link: thuedientu.gdt.gov.vn

Step 2: Select “Tax registration”, select “Tax registration file – 05 – DK – TH – TCT”, select “Continue”

Step 3: Fill in the information of the person who needs to register for personal income tax code, select “Complete declaration”

Step 4: Insert token, select “Submit tax registration file”
