REPORT ON THE EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGN WORKERS

Legal basis

• Decree 22/2022/ND-CP

1. Deadline for submission of reports on the use of foreign workers. 

First-half-year Report: 

• Reporting deadline: From 15/6 to 05/7. 
• Statistics: From 15/12 of the previous year to 14/06 of the reporting year.

 Annual Report: 

• Reporting deadline: From 15/12 to 05/01 of the following year. 
• Statistics: From 15/12 of the year preceding the reporting period to 14/12 of the reporting period.

2. Where to submit a report on the employment of foreign workers? 

Direct report submission 

• If you are subject to work permit issuance at the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (Employment Department), send a report to the Employment Department and the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of the province or city where the foreign worker works. 
• In other cases, submit a report to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of the province or city where the foreign worker works. 

Submit the report online: Access the Google Form link or scan the QR code provided by the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to submit the report online.

3. Is it okay not to submit a report on the use of foreign workers? 

Enterprises employing foreign workers must submit periodic reports on the employment situation. If the report is not submitted, the contents are not correct or the time limit is not submitted, a fine will be imposed as follows: 

• Violating individuals: A fine of 1 to 3 million VND. 
• Violating organization: A fine of from 2 to 6 million VND.
