REPORT ON DEMAND FOR EXPLANATION USING FOREIGN EMPLOYEES
Vietnam is a country attracting foreign investment, and now the number of foreigners coming to Vietnam to work is also increasing. In order for the state to manage foreign workers easily and transparently, enterprises are required to report on explaining the demand for using foreign laborers as prescribed in Circular No. 23/2017 / TT-BLĐTBXH due to Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs issued.
At least 30 days prior to the intended date of employing foreign workers, the company (except the contractor) shall send a report explaining the demand for using foreign workers according to Form 1, Appendix III. Issued together with Circular No. 18 / TT-BLĐTBXH to the Department of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs.
