PROCEDURES FOR TEMPORARY RESIDENCE CARD IN VIETNAM
Any citizen who wants to set foot in another country needs to go through entry procedures. Part of it is to control national safety and security, the other part is to show the rights and obligations of citizens from other countries. Necessary documents for entry procedures at the airport such as: Passport, visa, laissez-passers, permanent residence card, temporary residence card, citizen identity card (in case Vietnam and a foreign country have signed a treaty or international agreement permitting citizens of the signatories to use citizen’s identity cards instead of passports in each other’s territory). But if you want to come to Vietnam to work, study or live for a long time, you need to apply for a visa or a temporary residence card.
TEMPORARY RESIDENCE CARD
An application for the temporary residence card consists of:
- Original passport of each person.
- Work permit/work permit exemption certificate – original
- 02 Form NA6 – signed and stamped by the legal representative of the company
- 01 Form NA8 per person – signed, full name
- Business registration license of the company – Notarized copy valid for 6 months
- Each person 04 2×3 photos on white background, no glasses
- Introduction letter – legal representative of the company signed and stamped
- Family book or marriage certificate, birth certificate (translation, consular legalization or translation with translation office)
- Confirmation of temporary residence from the ward police
