After the enterprise has completed the auditing of financial statements, the enterprise shall submit audited financial statements to the state agencies:

1. Department of Statistics: address at 29 Han Thuyen, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

When submitting at the Department of Statistics, the Company will be provided with an information sheet to fill in the information of the Company.

2. Department of Corporate Finance: at 123 Tran Quoc Thao, Ward 7, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City

When submitting at the Department of Corporate Finance, the Enterprise needs to write your company’s tax code in the submitted financial statements.

Amount to submit: The enterprise submits to each agency 01 set.

Note:

– When you submit, remember to bring another audited financial statement for stamped to certify the filing date à The company will save this book at your company

+ 01 (one) set is submitted at the Statistical Department, giving another book to the Statistical Department for certification stamp and then the enterprise brings back

+ 01 (one) set is submitted at the Department of Corporate Finance, giving the stamped book at the Department of Statistics so that the Department of Enterprise Finance can affix the seal for confirmation and bring it back to your company.

– When submitting, no need to bring Power of attorney.
