DOSSIERS OF APPLICATION FOR INVESTMENT LICENSE, INVESTMENT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES
Legal grounds:
– Investment Law No. 61/2020/QH14 dated June 17th, 2014, takes effect from January 1st, 2021;
– Decree No. 118/2015/ND-CP of the Government, dated November 12th, 2015, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Investment, takes effect from December 27th, 2015;
– Circular No. 16/2015/TT-BKHDT of The Ministry of Planning and Investment, dated November 18th, 2015, providing a form of carrying out investment procedures and reporting on investment activities in Vietnam, takes effect from January 2nd, 2016.
PROFILE COMPONENTS:
