Licenses

Enterprises are allowed to register their business with industries not prohibited by law. However, there are industries that require a practicing certificate, legal capital, and others that require a license from a specialized agency (the types of licenses that ensure the conditions for doing business in Vietnam – often called the “child license”).

In order to help customers be more convenient in doing business, OPINES advises and applies for licenses related to business activities including:

• Certificate of eligibility for security and order
• Certificate of Food Hygiene and Safety
• License of operating foreign language center, etc.
