1.Job description:
– Update legal regulations related to the Company’s activities;
– Resolve issues related to legal services for individuals and businesses: Foreign investment procedures in Vietnam and investment abroad; establishment of enterprises, branches, representative offices and factories; M&A; import and export; work permits and temporary residence documents, visas; sub-licenses.
– Drafting and reviewing Contracts. – Research, review and evaluate the issues of the Company.
– Contact and work with state agencies (Department of Planning and Investment, Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, Social Insurance, Tax Department, Ministry of Industry and Trade, State Bank, …).
2.Job requirements:
– Ability to work independently and solve assigned problems without the help of company members.
– Having at least 03 years’ experience (after graduation) in business regulations and procedures.
– Incentives if you have experience in lawsuits, lawsuits, arbitration
– Skill in litigation is an advantage.
– Have personal laptop and transportation.
– Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
– Be careful, honest, comply with the directives of superiors, dynamic, studious.
– Able to work under high pressure and travel a lot.
– Foreign language: English, requires good Reading and Writing skills (even in Vietnamese and English), Fluent Speaking skills is not needed.
3.Work benefits:
– Working time: Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, 1 hour lunch break.
– Holidays: 1 year has 12 days of full paid leave and other days off according to the provisions of the current Labor Code.
– Salary: depending on the experience and capacity of the candidate (Probationary period is 02 months).

– Collect accounting documents such as invoices, contracts and other related accounting documents provided by customers;
– Review and check the completeness of invoices;
– Tax declaration, refund of Value Added Tax, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax; Report on the use of invoices according to regulations;
– Prepare financial statements and accounting books, tax finalization, according to regulations;
– Dissolution of the company, Suspension of business operations;
– Implement procedures related to social insurance, health insurance, report on employment status.
