IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

Step 1: Apply for approval letter from the People’s Committee of the province or city

Explain the purpose of wanting to entry Vietnam -> Then synthesize the document and send it to the People’s Committee of the city or province for approval.

Depending on where the company registers its business, the place to receive the application will be different, specifically as follows:

1. Companies in industrial parks: Register the list of foreign workers wishing to enter the Provincial or City Industrial Park Management Board.
2. Companies outside the industrial zone: Register the list of foreign workers wishing to enter the country with the Department of Labor – Invalids.

The expected review period is 15-20 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Approved results: will announce the results online or have to go directly to the state agency to receive the paper results.

The result is not approved: The state agency will send a letter explaining the reason to the enterprise.

Step 2: The company proceeds to apply for an entry letter on the Immigration department

1. Dossier of application

1.1. Form NA2 issued with Circular No. 04/2015/TT-BCA dated January 5, 2015 of the Minister of Public Security.

The inviting or guaranteeing agency or organization can access the electronic transaction page: http://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/web/guest/huong-dan-dvbl-xdnc to enter the subject information. the request for approval through the electronic transaction system, then print the request letter, sign and stamp it.

If you already have a visa or temporary residence card (with validity period) invited or guaranteed by the same agency or organization, you must note in the application letter (form NA2) that you already have a visa or temporary residence card (no, symbol, issuing agency, date of issue, time limit) and enclosed with a photocopy.

1.2. The document approval entry of the People’s Committee of the province or city directly under the Central Government (provincial People’s Committee), (result of step 1)

In case the application for invitation or guarantee of a foreigner is submitted for the first time at the Immigration Department, the following organizations: social organizations, enterprises, other organizations with legal status, branches of foreign traders, representative offices of foreign economic, cultural and professional organizations in Vietnam must be enclosed with:

– A certified copy of the license or decision of a competent authority on the organization establishment;

– A document introducing the seal and signature of the authorized person of the organization (form NA16 issued together with Circular No. 04/2015/TT-BCA).

4. Notice of immigration settlement

4.1. In case of entry through a border gate at an international airport, the Immigration Department shall notify the immigration control unit at the border gate of the immigration settlement. for foreigners.

4.2. In case of entry through a border gate by road, waterway or railway, the Immigration Department shall notify the entry of foreigners to the Border Gate Department – the Border Guard Command, the Ministry of National Defense. room./.

Step 3: Apply for an approval letter from the Department of Health

Carry out the procedures to apply for an entry permit and contact the hotel designated of the province/city to register for isolation.
