According to Clause 6, Article 3 of the Law on Investment: “Certificate of investment registration means a paper or electronic document bearing registered information about the investment project of the investor.” and “Investment project means a collection of proposal to make midterm or long-term capital investment in business in a particular administrative division over a certain period of time.” (according to Clause 2, Article 3 of the Law on Investment).

Why must I get an investment registration certificate?

It is understandable that investment certificate is always considered as a driving force for a project to be able to operate normally, so that businesses can safely put their investment capital into it. This is a necessary procedure when we want to establish a foreign-invested enterprise in Vietnam on a case-by-case basis.
