ADDITION OF BUSINESS LINES

During operation, enterprises can still expand their business scope by adding business lines. To help businesses understand the procedure for adding business lines and avoid legal risks, Hankuk Law Firm would like to advise on the following process:

 

Step 1: Prepare documents:

The application for adding business lines shall include the following documents:

1 A notification of changes to enterprise registration information which is signed by the enterprise’s legal representative
2 – The resolution or decision and the copy of the minutes of meeting of the Board of Members of the multi-member limited liability company or partnership

– The resolution or decision and the copy of the minutes of meeting of the General Meeting of Shareholders of the joint-stock company

– The resolution or decision of the owner of the single-member limited liability company

Step 2: Submit application

After preparing the application, the enterprise submits the application at the Business Registration Office where the enterprise registers its business or can register online through the National Business Registration Portal.

After 03 working days, the Business Registration Office gives the results of approval of the dossier or requests for amendment and supplementation when the dossier is not valid.

Step 3: Get the result

Enterprises receive the results of application processing directly at the Business Registration Office
